Recent Award: Intuit Dome – Los Angeles Clippers

We’re excited to be a part of the AECOM/Turner JV team for the development of this new $1.8 Billion Intuit Dome, future home of the Los Angeles Clippers. This investment includes an 18,000-seat arena featuring unique architecture, roaring acoustics and state of the art technology throughout. This complex also includes the Clippers’ business offices and an 86,000 sq. ft. practice facility.

Wolverine Fire Protection Co. is providing complete fire protection services for this Arena, Plaza Buildings, and Parking Structure. Wet systems will provide coverage to the Arena, Plaza Buildings, and Parking Structure that will include nearly 12,000 sprinkler heads. Wolverine Fire Protection Co. is also providing special hazard systems for this project that includes (4) pre-action systems and (1) clean agent/pre-action combination system that incorporates Very Early Smoke Detection (VESDA) systems. Coordination with the building fire alarm system including smoke evacuations, fire door closures, damper activation, and overall alarm monitoring. Inglewood City Codes, California Building Codes, and all NFPA Codes were considered and incorporated into our design.
