Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas is site of munitions manufacturing for the US Army. Wolverine Fire Protection Co. will start work in March of 2011 on the first two of five contracts awarded in 2010. Each contract will involve improvements to existing high speed deluge systems for munitions manufacturing productions lines.

These contracts involve work in four separate buildings. This work follows a project completed by Wolverine in 2010, installing a complete high speed deluge system in a building renovated for a new production line. That project included detection, releasing, high speed deluge valves, solenoid valves, and piping.

The current projects include control panels and UV/IR devices from Detector Electronics. We will also remove all existing wiring and replace it with new wire to new devices in each facility.

We recently submitted a bid on four more buildings at this location and look forward to a continued relationship with a great client at Pine Bluff Arsenal.
